  • We offer flat rate shipping using USPS Priority so your purchase is tracked and insured.

  • We ship to virtually any location in the world: simply select international shipping at checkout and you will be charged $20. We will determine the lowest cost insured shipping for your items and refund you the difference.

Did your overly excited pup break a favorite necklace? Or did you accidentally run some earrings through the washer and mangle them? (Ahem. Asking for a friend.) If at any time your jewelry breaks or changes unfavorably, simply contact us, and we will happily repair it, with as little cost to you as possible.

If the fault is ours, please reach out so we can repair or replace your item at no cost to you.

Return Policy

  • If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue, at no cost to you. We want you to enjoy your jewelry for a long, long time!

  • You may return jewelry purchased within 30 days for any reason for a full refund. (Return shipping is paid by customer.)

  • We do not accept returns after 30 days, however you have our guarantee that we will remedy any problems you may have with your piece.

  • To initiate a return or repair, please contact us.

Custom Creations

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom work, and all sales are final. As always, you have our guarantee, and custom creations are included under this.
